双创背景下提升高校学生个性教育的思考

21世纪的今天,创新创业已然成为当今时代的最强音。李克强总理提出"大众创业,万众创新"的新思路,国家频频出台相关政策、法规,鼓励全民创业,促进经济发展。高校的个性教育旨在培养具有创新精神的人才与创新创业大背景不谋而合。本文从时代发展、教育功能、教育观念、创新创业四个方面分析了双创背景下高校开展个性教育的重要意义;并从尊重学生个性、接纳学生个性、释放学生个性到发展学生个性四个方面提出高校学生个性教育发展的可行性建议。
