运动导向法在高职健美操教学中的实验分析

Experimental Analysis of Movement Oriented Method in Aerobics Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着我国对职业教育关注力度的不断加大,职业教育中使用的教学方法与教学技术也得到极大发展,而其中比较受到人们关注的教学方法之一便是运动导向法。而为有效验证运动导向法的具体作用,笔者将通过使用实验法,以健美操教学为主要研究对象,对运动导向法在高职健美操教学中的实践进行简要分析研究。
