随着我国市场经济的不断发展,高等院校以人为本的发展理念愈加深入人心。高等院校作为社会主体的一部分,其发展必将与社会发展同步。因此,高校的管理机构也应随社会的发展而改变,由传统的人事管理向人力资源管理转变。本文首先阐述了人力资源管理的基本内容。其次提出目前高校人力资源管理现存的问题。最后提出高校人事管理向人力资源管理的转变策略。

With the continuous development of China's market economy, the concept of people-oriented development in Colleges and universities has become increasingly popular. Colleges and universities as a part of the social subject, its development will pace with the social development. Therefore, the management mechanism of college should also change with the development of society, change from traditional personnel management to human resources management. This paper first expounds the basic content of human resource management, and then puts forward the existing problems of human resource management in Colleges and universities. Finally, it puts forward the transformation strategy of personnel management to human resources management.
