几种常用乳化剂配制乳化沥青的质量研究

Study on Quality of Emulsified Asphalt Prepared with Several Emulsifiers

随着路面再生技术的不断推广应用,乳化沥青在我国公路建设和养护中起到了重要的作用。但是,在具体现场施工时,乳化沥青仍会出现工作性不稳定,离析等问题,因此,对乳化沥青的性能研究和质量控制就显得非常重要。本文,我们选择三种常用的乳化剂,通过对不同乳化剂配方的调研,选择最佳的乳化剂配方,然后再检测不同乳化剂所对应乳化沥青的各项性能指标。通过,研究不同乳化剂对韩国SK基质沥青的质量影响,以达到指导实际生产应用的目的。

With the continuous application of emulsified asphalt pavement recycling technology, emulsified asphalt plays an important role in China's highway construction and maintenance. However, in the specific construction site, there will still be the work of emulsified asphalt is not stable, therefore, segregation and other issues, performance study and quality control of emulsified asphalt is very important. In this paper, we choose three kinds of emulsifier, through the investigation of different emulsifiers, emulsifier selection of the best formula, the performance index is then detected corresponding to different emulsifier emulsified asphalt. By studying the influence of different emulsifier on Korea SK asphalt quality, in order to guide the actual production.
