中职学生自尊水平现状分析——以江苏农牧科技职业学院为例

摘要 自尊在心理学中的重要性已被人们广泛接受和认可,自尊发展状况对个体人格的塑造有决定性的作用,同时与个体自信心、人际关系、心理健康等方面联系紧密。目前有关自尊现状的研究成果大多是以本科大学生或者初中生为被试对象,对中等职业学校学生自尊状况进行研究的不多。本文采用罗森伯格自尊量表及较高信效度的人际关系量表,以江苏农牧科技职业学院的部分中职生为被试开展调查。研究得出,中职学生的自尊状况总体水平低,个体之间存在差异性,需引起教育专家及工作者的重视。 The importance of self-esteem in psychology has been widely accepted and recognized. The development of self-esteem plays a decisive role in shaping individual personality, and is closely related to personal self-confidence, interpersonal relationship, mental health and so on. At present the research achievements about the status of self-esteem is mostly to undergraduate students or junior high school students as subjects, to study the self-esteem of middle school students occupation is not much. This paper uses the Rosenberg self esteem scale and high reliability and validity of the interpersonal relationship scale, taking part in secondary vocational school in Jiangsu agriculture and animal husbandry science and technology Career Academy students as subjects to carry out the investigation. Study shows that the overall level of self-esteem of students in secondary vocational schools is low, there are differences between individuals, by educational experts and researchers.
