在"一带一路"的战略需求下,如何培养商务国际英语人才成为我国现代社会必须要思考的战略问题。文章研究"一带一路"的战略人才需求,并尝试研究商务英语国际人才的培养如何更加契合"一带一路"战略发展需求的策略,以此来培养高素质的应用复合型人才。

Under the strategic demand of "Belt and Road Initiative", how to cultivate business international English talents has become a strategic issue that our modern society must think about. This paper studies on the demands of talent strategy "Belt and Road Initiative", and tries to cultivate talents of International Business English study how more fit the needs "Belt and Road Initiative" strategic development strategy, in order to foster the application of high-quality composite personnel.
