中国制造2025背景下职业教育“工匠精神”培育路径的探索 被引量:4

摘要 "中国制造2025"对职业院校工匠精神的培养提出了新的要求,要求我国现代的职业技术教育既要抓住"中国制造2025"的机遇,又要改革新形势下的职业教育。这要求我国未来的职业教育必须加强对学生"工匠精神"的培养。然而对学生"工匠精神"的培养并不是能立竿见影,而是必须对学生进行多方面的教导。在现有的教育体制下,职业教育必须调整培养目标,致力于培养既能够胜任现代制造业,又具有工匠精神的人才。 "Made in China 2025" puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of artisan spirit of high-skilled talents. It requires modern vocational and technical education in our country to seize the opportunity of "Made in China 2025" and to reform the vocational education under the new situation. It also requires China's vocational education to strengthen the cultivation of "artisan spirit". However, the cultivation of "artisan spirit" can't be immediately, it must instruct students in many aspects. Under the existing education system, vocational education must adjust the teaching objectives, which is committed to cultivate not only can be capable of modern manufacturing, but also has the skills of high-skilled craftsmen.
