高职教师信息化教学能力提升的思考

教育信息化的紧迫性对教师信息化能力提出了严峻的挑战,如何提升高职教师信息化教学能力值得研究。文章从教师信息化教学能力的内涵出发,根据现有学者关于教师信息化教学能力的调查结果,并结合我校多维数据,得出我校教师信息化教学能力欠缺的原因,诸如网络资源整合能力差,对待信息技术的态度等。并从学校层面和个人层面给出了针对性的策略。

The urgency of education information puts forward a severe challenge to the ability of teachers' information technology. How to improve the ability of teaching information in higher vocational education is worth studying. This article from the connotation of teachers' information teaching ability of scholars according to the current findings about teachers' teaching ability of information technology, and combining with our multidimensional data, obtained the reasons for my school teachers lack of capacity, such as the ability of cyber source integration, information technology to treat the attitude. And from the school level and the individual level is given according to the strategy.
