摘要
本文通过分析当前法学教育存在不足基础上,从牢固树立律师职业人才培养目标、切实加强法学课程实践教学改革、积极转变课程教学方式与评价体系的角度探讨法科学生综合素质的培养。
This article through the analysis of the existing problems on the basis of legal education, establish the training goal of occupation personnel lawyers from the firm, to strengthen the practice teaching of law reform, explores the cultivation of comprehensive quality of students' positive transformation of curriculum teaching mode and evaluation system of the angle.
