高等院校外籍教师管理模式的研究

Research on the Management Mode of Foreign Teachers in Colleges and Universities

在教育国际化的新时期,越来越多的外籍教师进入高等院校任教。虽然外籍教师在教学中具有优势,对高等教育的发展产生极大的促进作用,但是在外籍教师的管理过程中存在的问题更应得到重视。本文从聘任管理、教学管理、生活管理等三方面对外籍教师的管理模式进行探索,意在提高外籍教师管理水平,充分发挥外籍教师的教学优势。

In the new era of internationalization of education, more and more foreign teachers have been teaching in colleges and universities. Although foreign teachers have many advantages in teaching to greatly promote the development of high education, more attention will be paid to the issues about the management of foreign teachers.The thesis will explore the management mode of foreign teachers from three aspects of employment, teaching and living management. The thesis aims to improve the management level and make full use of teaching advantages of foreign teachers.
