"为什么中国现代培养不出创新人才",这是我国"航天之父"钱学森留下的耐人寻味的问题。本文在分析高校学生工作偏离"钱学森之问"的基础上,提出高校学生工作应转变学生工作理念、完善学生工作内容、加强学生工作队伍建设和完善学生评价体系的有效举措来直面回应"钱学森之问"。

Based on the analysis of the work of college students from " Qian Xue-sen'question", put forward the work of college students should change their work ideas, improve students' work, strengthen the construction of student work team and improve the effective measures of student evaluation system to face the response " Qian Xue-sen question."
