校地合作精准扶贫的实践研究——基于成都理工大学扶贫高县的思考

精准扶贫战略思想自提出以来即成为我国扶贫攻坚工作的风向标,各省市在其引领下因地施策,形成了多种行之有效的精准扶贫模式,我国的扶贫工作取得重大进展。四川省亦应时而为,积极探索精准扶贫新模式,大力推动高校与地方的战略合作,充分利用高校的人才和智力资源在产业升级、创新创业及教育扶持等方面的优势,寻求帮助贫困地区尽早脱贫的有效方法,助力全面建成小康社会这一百年目标的稳步实现。本文从成都理工大学定点扶贫高县的实际出发,探究校地合作这一精准扶贫模式的实践路径,总结校地合作精准扶贫的问题及对策,剖析高校与地方联动开展精准帮扶工作的实效性,为其他贫困地区的扶贫开发工作提供地方镜鉴。
