随着社会经济的快速发展,我国的大学生就业问题受到了社会各界的普遍关注,大学生就业难已成了我国当下的主要社会问题之一。为此,在这个背景下,大学生职业生涯规划逐渐成为当代高等教育中不可或缺的一部分,通过对职业生涯规划理念的引入,并贯穿于大学生大学教育的各个阶段,引导学生提前对自己今后的发展方向给予思考、给予规划,对于大学生就业指导工作具有着重大的意义。本文就结合当前高校就业指导工作存在的问题和就业现状,重点分析了职业生涯规划在大学生就业指导工作中的重要意义。

With the rapid development of social economy, the employment problem of college graduates in China has attracted widespread attention from all sectors of society, the difficult employment of college students has become one of the main social problems in our country at present. Therefore, in this context, college student occupation career planning has become an integral part of modern higher education, through the introduction of occupation career planning concept, and throughout each stage of college education, guide students to think of their future development direction to advance planning for college students' employment guidance work is of great significance. This paper is combined with the problems existing in the current university employment situation and employment guidance work, analyzes the significance of occupation career planning in college students employment guidance.
