当前我国大学生就业心理问题的调适及化解

The Adjustment and Resolution of the Current Psychological Problems of College Students' Employment in China

大学生就业不仅关乎他们自身的未来人生发展,也关乎我国社会秩序的稳定,而当前,由于我国高校大学生就业形势比较严峻,不少大学生在就业压力面前普遍会出现一些不良心态。因此在毕业季,对他们进行就业心理问题的调适就成了高校教育的当务之急。接下来本文将首先对大学生就业心理调适的基本内涵以及意义进行分析,而后探讨当前大学生主要的就业心理问题,最后再给出相应的大学生就业心理问题的化解策略。

College Students' employment is not only related to their future life development, but also to the stability of our social order. At present, because of the grim employment situation of college students in China, many college students will have some unhealthy mindset before employment pressure. Therefore, in the graduation season, the adjustment of their employment psychological problems has become a top priority for college education. Next, this paper will first analyze the basic connotation and significance of College Students' employment psychological adjustment, and then discuss the major employment psychological problems of college students. Finally, we will give corresponding solutions to psychological problems of college graduates.
