Justice is an Ideology: Alan Buchanan's Interpretation of Marx's Theory of Justice

关于正义的概念,布坎南解释的基本路线是,马克思根本没有将正义的问题作为一种标准或者是模范去批判资本主义。换言之,就是马克思是突破了正义这个法权概念的,并创立了新的评判角度即共产主义的评价视角。所以,布坎南主要是围绕着这样的一个核心议题,从不同的方面加以证明,进而得出了这样一个结论,正义应是一种具有缺陷性的、不完美的、拯救性的价值,是一种意识形态。

On the concept of justice, Buchanan explained the basic line is that Marx did not regard the issue of justice as a standard or a model to criticize capitalism. In other words, Marx broke through the notion of justice as the concept of law and created a new angle of judgment, that is, a communist perspective of appraisal. Therefore, Buchanan is mainly around such a core issue, from different aspects to prove, and then came to the conclusion that justice should be a flawed, imperfect, saving value. It's an ideology.
