以工匠精神引领大学生职业素养培育研究

Study on the Cultivation of College Students' Professionalism with the Spirit of the Craftsman

本文笔者旨在以培育高职院校学生的工匠精神为研究目标,通过对新时代背景下的大学生的职业素养的现状进行剖析,分析当下大学生职业素养存在的问题,并针对存在的问题如何培养大学生的工匠精神提出相应的举措,发扬工匠精神,提高大学生的职业素养和综合素质。

The purpose of this paper is to cultivate the craftsman spirit of students in higher vocational colleges and to analyze the present situation of college students' professional accomplishment under the background of the new era. This paper analyzes the problems existing in college students' professional literacy, and puts forward corresponding measures to develop the craftsman spirit of college students in view of the existing problems, so as to develop the craftsman spirit and improve the professional literacy and comprehensive quality of college students.
