本文从人才培养与经济社会发展需求的结构性矛盾着眼,以河北传媒学院转型发展实践为研究范本,探索民办本科院校转型发展明确定位、特色发展和质量提升,全面增强地方高校服务区域经济社会发展的路径。

Based on the structural contradiction between talent training and the demand of economic and social development, this paper explores the orientation of the transformation and development of private undergraduate colleges by taking the practice of transformation and development of Hebei institute of communication as the research model. The characteristic development and the quality enhancement, strengthens the local university to serve the regional economic and social development path comprehensively.
