在搜集与整理国内外有关人才培养理论与体系构建等文献资料基础上,用文献分析法以及访谈法整理分析目前我国人才培养模式发展现状,以及发展困境,结合A大学金融学专业"中职本"人才培养现状,针对A大学金融学专业"中职本"教育模式的体系构建与培养目标进行深入研究与分析。
