高校学位与研究生教育管理体制改革及落实分析

An Analysis on the Reform and Implementation of the Management System of University Degree and Postgraduate Education

随着社会经济的不断发展,我国学位与研究生教育水平在不断的提高。当前,我国研究生教育正面临着从大国向强国的转变,面临着从外延建设向内涵建设的转型。过去的高校学位与研究生教育管理体制虽然是经过几次的政策调整和实践分析得来的,但是已经不能够适应当前研究生教育的发展,出现了一些问题需要进行改革。本文具体分析了当前高校学位与研究生教育管理体制所面临的问题和矛盾,提出了研究生管理体质改革的具体建议及措施。

With the continuous development of social economy, China's academic degree and graduate education level is improving constantly. At present, the postgraduate education in our country is changing from country to country, facing the transition from the extension to the construction of connotation construction. College degree and postgraduate education management system although after several the policy adjustment and practice analysis of the past, but has not been able to adapt to the current development of graduate education, there are some problems need to be reformed. This paper analyzes the current university degree and postgraduate education management system faced many problems and contradictions, and puts forward some concrete suggestions and measures of graduate management constitution reform.
