摘要 改革开放以来,中国的老年教育事业逐渐进入人们的视野,取得了蓬勃的发展。进入新世纪,伴随着我国进入老龄化社会,人们对专业的老年教育师资队伍的呼声越来越高。全民学习、终身学习和学习型社会的提出,使推动我国老年教育师资建设这一任务更具有时代价值。本文将从价值和实现两个方面入手,全面分析学习型社会背景下推动我国老年教育师资建设的重要意义,为推动我国老年教师师资建设寻找新的出路和捷径。 Since the reform and opening up, China's education for the elderly has gradually entered the people's vision and made vigorous development. In the new century, along with our country into the aging society. People are more and more vocal about the professional teaching staff of geriatric education. With the development of universal learning, lifelong learning and learning-oriented society, the task of promoting the construction of geriatric education teachers in our country has the value of the times. This paper will start from two aspects: value and realization. This paper comprehensively analyzes the significance of promoting the construction of geriatric education teachers in China under the background of learningoriented society, and finds a new way and shortcut for promoting the construction of senior teachers in our country.
