摘要
教育审美价值是一种审美客体的审美属性,其本质需要以马克思辩证唯物主义价值观为基础。教育管理者应该兼具和谐统一、审美以及智慧等良好的教育素养,保证教育管理活动得到有序运行,在这一教育管理过程中,主要是为了实现追求人性以及效率的目标。另外,教育管理审美的主体,需要以教育管理活动对人类自身再生产,以及对社会发展需要进行满足为基础,其是人的自觉生命活动的一种需求。教育管理者在教育管理实践活动中,所开展的合理想性、合规律性的实践活动,能对人自身存在的意义进行体现,同时能表现出教育管理审美实践活动,教育管理审美价值内涵也是在这些方面体现出来的。
