职业生涯规划视野下的大学生创业教育研究

A Study on College Students' Entrepreneurship Education from the Perspective of Career Planning

众所周知,学生就业情况是衡量学校职业教育质量的重要指标。近年来,受市场经济下滑和高效扩招的影响,学生就业形势愈加严峻,鼓励学生创业既是解决就业的一大出路,又是实现国家创新战略的重大举措。职业生涯规划可以帮助学生发现自己的兴趣和能力所在,有助于将学生的潜力和人生理想结合在一起,找到适合自己发展的职业,实现人生价值。本文从大学生职业生涯规划教育的内容入手,分析了大学生创业现状,阐述了职业生涯规划对创业教育的现实价值,并提出了职业生涯规划视野下的创业教育途径,对推动大学生创业起到一定的参考作用。

As we all know, student employment is an important index to measure the quality of vocational education in schools. In recent years, due to the decline of market economy and the expansion of enrollment, the employment situation of students becomes more and more severe. Encouraging students to start a business is not only a way out to solve employment, but also a major measure to realize the national innovation strategy. Career planning can help students to find their own interests and abilities. It is helpful to combine the students' potential with their life ideal, find a career suitable for their own development, and realize their life value. Starting with the content of career planning education for college students, this paper analyzes the current situation of college students' entrepreneurship, and expounds the practical value of career planning for entrepreneurship education. It also puts forward the way of entrepreneurship education under the vision of career planning, which plays a certain reference role in promoting college students' entrepreneurship.
