摘要 国际交往的日益频繁以及中西方烹饪技术不断融合发展对烹饪行业从业人员的英语综合应用水平提出了进一步的要求。文章分析了高职烹饪学生英语学习现状,针对普遍存在的问题提出了高职英语课程改革策略,促进高职英语教学改革与专业建设有机接轨,满足社会对人才的需求。 The increasing frequency of international communication and the continuous integration of Chinese and Western cooking techniques put forward further requirements for the English comprehensive application level of cooking practitioners. This paper analyzes the present situation of cooking students' English learning in higher vocational colleges. Aiming at the common problems, this paper puts forward the reform strategy of English course in higher vocational education, which can promote the reform of English teaching in higher vocational colleges and meet the needs of the society for talents.
