摘要
教学管理人员是学校教职员工的一部分,综合素质也需要根据学校发展需要不断提高。人员的知识、能力等是动态的,所以人员的待遇也应该是变化的。为了使这种变化能够进一步提高人员的工作热情,以更好的提高工作效率,必须采用完善的管理制度来处理相关关系。由于民办高职院校本身就有企业特性,所以在教学管理队伍中引入企业人力资源管理模式比较容易完成,在处理薪酬、奖惩、培训等方面的方面对教学管理队伍持续发展也很有效。
Teaching management staff is a part of the school staff, the comprehensive quality also needs to be continuously improved according to the needs of the school development. The knowledge and ability of the staff are dynamic. Therefore, the treatment of personnel should also be changed. In order to make this change can further improve the enthusiasm of the staff, in order to better improve the efficiency of work. It is necessary to adopt perfect management system to deal with the related relationship. Because private vocational colleges have their own characteristics of enterprises, it is easier to introduce enterprise human resource management mode into teaching management team.
