做好各大高职学校管理者和教师的绩效管理,对于学校的管理有很大的好处。高职学校管理者是管理学校各方面事物的主体,其能力、综合素质和工作水平的高低,都对各大高职学校的管理工作起到直接的作用,而且决定着学校的竞争力。对于教师进行适当的绩效管理,是教师力量组建和学校教学人才管理的关键步骤,并对学校持续发展起着决定性的作用。本文通过对目前我国各大高职院校部门绩效管理中存在的问题及解决措施进行研究,阐述绩效管理的定义及意义,然后提出目前我国解决各大高职学校教师和管理人员绩效管理中存在的问题,研究我国各大高职学校采用的绩效管理中,绩效管理形式化、绩效管理责权不清、绩效考核方法僵硬、绩效考核的沟通反馈不足和激励措施随意化等问题,最后提出几条对应的解决方法,使高职学校采用有利于其自身发展的绩效管理。

This paper studies the existing problems and solutions in the performance management of the departments of higher vocational colleges in our country, expounds the definition and significance of performance management, and then proposes that at present in our country, the performance management of teachers and managers in major vocational schools is existed, This paper studies the problems in the performance management adopted by major vocational schools in our country, such as the formalization of performance management, the unclear responsibilities and responsibilities of performance management, the rigid performance appraisal method, the inadequate communication feedback of performance appraisal and the randomness of incentive measures. Finally, The corresponding solution, so that vocational schools to adopt their own performance is conducive to the development of performance management.
