教育管理观念革新与高职院校学生管理分析

The Innovation of Educational Management Concept and the Analysis of Student Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着我国教育改革进程不断加快,高职院校加强了对学生的管理理念改革进程,在学生管理中增加了更多的服务意识,这对于高职院校在计划经济背景下落实强制管制思想起到重要的推动作用。本文针对教育观念的革新以及高职院校学生管理工作现状进行探讨,提出高职院校学生管理工作新方法。

With the speeding up of educational reform in our country, higher vocational colleges have strengthened the reform process of students' management concept and increased their service consciousness in student management. This plays an important role in promoting the implementation of compulsory control in higher vocational colleges under the background of planned economy. This paper discusses the innovation of educational concept and the current situation of student management in higher vocational colleges. A new method of student management in higher vocational colleges is put forward.
