本文以天津机电职业技术学院索源数控社团为例,对专业技能社团理念建设、运行及管理模式、产学研赛结合等方面进行剖析,提出更加科学有效的建设思路,旨在促进专业技能社团在人才选拔与培养中的作用。

Taking Tianjin Electromechanical Vocational College as an example of CNC Suoyuan community on the construction of professional skills, community concept, operation and management mode, analyzes the research combined with the game and so on, put forward the construction ideas of a more scientific and effective, in order to promote professional skills and training of community selection in the role of talent.
