随着社会不断的发展进步,高职院校的教育越来越重要,因此高职院校艺术类辅导员管理工作也就显得尤其重要了。本文针对高职院校艺术类辅导员的管理艺术进行了深层次的研究分析,并提出相应的改进措施。

With the continuous development and progress of society, higher vocational education is becoming more and more important. Therefore, the management of art counselors in higher vocational colleges also appears to be important. This paper makes a deep research and analysis on the management art of art counselors in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.
