工匠精神引领下的高职现代学徒制培育研究

在2016年李克强总理便在政府工作报告中提到"要大力弘扬工匠精神",这充分体现了我国目前发展阶段对"工匠精神"的迫切需求。本文从高职教育体系入手,重点探讨了在工匠精神引领下现代学徒制的培育路径,以期更好地推动高职技术人才队伍的培养,为社会输送更多的高素质人才队伍。

In 2016, Premier Li Keqiang mentioned in the government work report that "vigorously carry forward the spirit of craftsmen", which fully reflects the current stage of development of our "artisan spirit" of the urgent needs. This paper starts from the higher vocational education system, focusing on the spirit of the artisan spirit under the guidance of modern apprenticeship training in order to better promote the training of technical personnel in higher vocational training for the community to send more high-quality personnel.
