高职护理专业学生核心能力现状及培养策略研究

Research on the Present Situation of Students ' Core Competence and Training Strategy in Higher Vocational Nursing Students

护士核心能力是衡量护理工作人员综合职业能力的评价指标,为了提升高职护生的核心竞争力和社会适应力,在高职阶段培养和提升护生核心能力势在必行。本文针对近年来高职护生核心能力现状与培养研究,提出高职护生核心能力培养的对策。

The core competence of nurses is an evaluation index to measure the comprehensive professional ability of nursing staff, in order to enhance the core competitiveness and social adaptability of higher vocational nursing students. It is imperative to cultivate and improve the core competence of nursing students in higher vocational education. In view of the current situation and research on the cultivation of core competence of nursing students in recent years, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of cultivating the core competence of nursing students in higher vocational colleges.
