改革开放之初,邓小平本着实事求是的态度,在充分考察"三农"问题的现实基础上,利用政策手段健全农业生产责任制,在理论的不断深化中,则从产业结构、经营模式、商业体系三个维度着力发展三农,并取得辉煌成就。虽世殊时异,邓小平的"三农"思想对当今发全面建成小康社会仍旧有一定的理论借鉴与实践启示。

At the beginning of reform and opening up, Deng Xiaoping took the attitude of seeking truth from facts. On the basis of fully examining the reality of the "three rural issues", Deng Xiaoping made use of policy means to perfect the agricultural production responsibility system, thus deepening the theory. Then from the industrial structure, business model, business system three dimensions to develop agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and achieved brilliant achievements. Deng Xiaoping's thought of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" still has some theoretical reference and practical enlightenment to build a well-off society in an all-round way.
