为深入学习和贯彻党的十九大精神,践行习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,推进"两学一做"常态化和制度化,沈阳药科大学制药工程学院82K党支部坚持以"教工党员带头,以上率下"的方式,思想政治建设坚持"常""长";"实""时";"尽""谨"六字方针,帮助广大学生党员树立积极的人生观、价值观,为其今后步入社会恪守准则、抵制诱惑提供正确引导,着力解决当前学生党员队伍在思想、组织、作风、纪律等方面的问题,推动高校党组织基层建设和结构优化。

In order to deeply study and implement the 19 th CPC National Congress spirit of the Party, we should practice Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and promote the normalization and institutionalization of "two studying one doing". The 82 K Party branch of the Pharmaceutical Engineering College of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University insists on the way of "the Party members of the teaching staff take the lead, under the above rate", and the ideological and political construction adheres to the "Chang" and "long"; "reality" "time"; "do" "I" six word policy, to help the majority of student party members to establish a positive outlook on life, values, for their future into the society abide by the norms, resist temptation to provide the correct guidance. We should focus on solving the problems in ideology, organization, style and discipline of the students' Party members, and promote the grass-roots construction and structural optimization of the Party organizations in colleges and universities.
