论高中思想政治课教学中的心理健康教育

On Mental Health Education in Ideological and Political Teaching in Senior Middle School

高中生健康的心理状态不仅能保证学生的学业成绩,并且会对学生的终身发展产生积极意义,因而必须重视对他们的心理健康进行教育。本文运用文献综述法,针对高中思想政治课堂中的心理健康教育进行概述,尤其是对如何发挥学生在心理健康教育中的主体作用进行了详细的说明,最终明确在高中思想政治课堂中开展心理健康教育的具体方法。

The healthy mental state of high school students can not only guarantee the students' academic achievement, but also produce positive significance to the students' lifelong development. Therefore, we must pay attention to their mental health education. This paper uses literature review method to summarize the mental health education in high school ideological and political classroom. In particular, it explains in detail how to give play to the main role of students in mental health education, and finally clarifies the specific methods of developing mental health education in high school ideological and political classes.
