摘要
劳动关系作为劳动法律法规的调整对象,是劳动法学领域重点研究的对象,产生于工业革命之后,因此在人类社会生产中大量普遍的存在。对于"劳动关系"这个概念的界定,到目前为止,学界没有统一的标准,分析"劳动关系"这个概念,并将其与相关概念进行差异性分析,在劳动法学领域的研究中有重要意义。
As the object of adjustment of labor laws and regulations, labor relations are the focus of research in the field of labor law, which came into being after the industrial revolution. So far, there is no unified standard to analyze the concept of "labor relations". It is of great significance in the field of labor law to analyze the difference between it and related concepts.
