民办高校辅导员心理健康教育能力提升路径探析——以F省为例

近年来高校频发心理危机事件,受到越来越多的关注。高校中仅靠几名专业的心理咨询教师是远远不够的,当前大学生心理问题的普遍性和严峻性决定了辅导员心理健康教育工作的重要性。目前看来,民办高校辅导员心理健康教育能力处于空置状态;存在着自发性和自觉性不高,认识不足,重视不够,专业化能力偏低等问题。这些现象的存在不利于民办高校辅导员工作的开展。本文通过研究民办高校辅导员职业能力提升路径来提高辅导员自身业务技能,促进民办高校心理健康工作的开展,增强德育工作的实效性。
