青年外语教师发展研究——以广东石油化工学院为例

摘要 本文以广东石油化工学院外国语学院为例子,探讨如何提高外语青年教师自身能力、教学水平、科研能力,激励青年教师提升自我,提高社会价值。结合学校实际,分别从学校、学院、教师本身,以及校企合作、第二课堂、教师培训等方面入手,对青年教师的发展提出建议和对策,分析青年教师发展路径和培养平台。 Taking the Foreign language Institute of Guangdong Petrochemical University as an example, this paper discusses how to improve young foreign language teachers' ability, teaching level and scientific research ability, so as to encourage young teachers to improve themselves. To improve the social value. Combining with the reality of the school, respectively from the school, college, teachers themselves, as well as the cooperation between schools and enterprises, the second classroom, teacher training and other aspects, put forward suggestions and countermeasures for the development of young teachers. The development path and training platform of young teachers are analyzed.
