本文通过分析当前我国经济转型时期存在的基本问题,进而阐明新时期下,创新意识与创业理念对我国经济发展和个人成长的重要作用,特别是创新创业教育如何在高等教育改革中的实施操作性问题。本文立足高校第二课堂,提出通过丰富高校第二课堂来实施创新创业教育,积极做好高校"双创"教育工作,为大学生自主创业提供坚实的理论基础和智力支持。

This paper analyzes the basic problems existing in the period of economic transformation in our country, and then clarifies the important role of innovation consciousness and entrepreneurial concept in the economic development and personal growth of our country in the new period. In particular, how to implement innovative entrepreneurship education in the implementation of higher education reform operational issues. This paper based on the second classroom in colleges and universities, proposed to enrich the second classroom to implement innovative entrepreneurship education. Doing well the "double creation" education in colleges and universities, and providing a solid theoretical foundation and intellectual support for college students to start their own businesses.
