摘要 关于大学生教育管理创新研究,可以从质量视角下展开。"学生为本"教育管理理念缺失、包容性教育管理实践滞后、教育管理赋权局限等因素影响着教育管理的实效。从质量视角出发,完善校园权益保障,提供主体性发展需求、增强校园包容度,给予集体环境中归属和爱的需求、提高赋权,满足全面发展需求,以增强大学生教育管理的实效性。 The research on the innovation of college students' education management can be carried out from the perspective of quality. The lack of educational management concept, the lagging practice of inclusive education management, and the limitation of educational management empowerment affect the effectiveness of education management. Starting from the perspective of quality, improve the campus security, meet the students' subjective development needs, campus needs provide enhanced tolerance to the collective environment belonging and love needs, and can increase the weight, accelerate the students' growth needs, in order to enhance the effectiveness of college education management.
