As an important part of our educational system, higher education is the base of talent training for the development of socialist cause in our country. Doing well the humanistic care of students will help to strengthen the shaping of students' basic personality and the cultivation of ideology and morality, and play an important role in the management of college students' education, which involves culture. Moral and other aspects of the content, and affect the growth and development of students. Therefore, the educational management based on humanistic care should be more effective. This paper will briefly discuss the main content and significance of humanistic care education in colleges and universities. It is pointed out that the way of strengthening humanistic care in the management of college students is aimed at promoting the vigorous development of the management of college students in our country.
