积极引进国外高校优质教育资源,是我国与国外合作办学的核心内容,将会直接影响学生的健康成长及全面发展,关系到院校整体的办学质量及综合实力,对国家的社会发展与经济建设有着重要的意义。对此,本文根据国外高校优质教育资源的引进原则,通过强化政府宏观调控、整体采取分类管理、切实保障教学质量、加大监管评价力度四个维度,提出了国外高校优质教育资源引进的创新性对策,旨在推动中外合作办学的长远发展,为学生提供更加优质的教育服务,为其将来的良好发展奠定坚实基础。

It is the core content of the cooperation between our country and foreign countries to introduce the high quality educational resources of foreign universities, which will directly affect the healthy growth and all-round development of students. It is of great significance to the social development and economic construction of the country. In view of this, according to the introduction principle of quality educational resources in foreign colleges and universities, through strengthening the macro-control of the government, adopting classified management as a whole, ensuring the teaching quality and strengthening the supervision and evaluation of the four dimensions. This paper puts forward the innovative countermeasures for the introduction of high-quality educational resources in foreign colleges and universities in order to promote the long-term development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools, to provide higher quality educational services for students, and to lay a solid foundation for their good development in the future.
