摘要
高校辅导员工作课程化是近年来辅导员队伍建设的创新举措,辅导员工作课程化就是按照课程的理念实施辅导员工作,包括明确课程设计理念、确立设计课程目标、选择课程实施模式、进行课程评价等。这就要求辅导员的岗位职责更系统化、更科学化、更精细化,这也对辅导员的能力提出了更高的要求。本文通过研究高校辅导员在课程化模式下应具备的教学技能,对辅导员教学技能提升的路径进行探析,力求为高校辅导员对如何提升辅导员教学技能提出建议。
The curriculum of counselors' work in colleges and universities is an innovative measure in the construction of counselors' team in recent years. The curriculum of counselors' work is to carry out the counselors' work according to the concept of curriculum, including defining the idea of curriculum design. The establishment of curriculum design objectives, the choice of curriculum implementation model, curriculum evaluation, etc., which requires counselors more systematic, more scientific, more refined. This also put forward higher requirements for the ability of counselors. Through the study of college counselors' teaching skills under the curriculum mode, this paper analyzes the path to improve the instructors' teaching skills. To make suggestions on how to improve the teaching skills of counselors in colleges and universities.
