本文首先对第三方评价的定义进行了阐述,分析了当前我国高等教育第三方评价的现状与存在的问题,针对问题提出了促进高等教育发展构建第三方评价机制的有效策略,旨在促进高等教育质量的进一步提升。

This paper first defines the third party evaluation are described, analyzed the current situation of the third party of China's higher education evaluation and problems, aiming at the problems and puts forward some effective measures to promote the development of higher education to construct the third party evaluation mechanism, to promote higher education to further enhance the quality of education.
