当今的互联网发展速度快,网络覆盖面积不断加大,网络技术普及率高,受众范围之广,极大促进了网络技术的推广与应用,与此同时,网络群体性事件频发,给广大人民群众带来了严重影响,误导民众的价值取向和判断力,给社会带来了诸多消极因素,政府应该进行源头管控,制定应对策略,加大网络言论的监督过滤强度,借助网络技术手段追踪信息传播源头,强化惩戒力度,完善相关法律体系建设工作,为民众营造一个客观公正的舆论环境,积极引导民众形成积极向上的生活娱乐观念。
