教育与培养出适应社会发展的综合型人才是当前社会的一大主题。因此,笔者立足于自身多年的教学实践经验,经过深入的实际调研。立足于当前产教融合这一主题,在本文当中重点阐述了产教融合背景下企业员工与高职教师双向流动的逻辑与策略,探讨了"高校专业教育+企业实践教育"的相融发展的全新机制,通过企业员工与高职教师双向流动的实效性、可行性分析,来论证其逻辑与策略。
