摘要
2016年正好是"95后"高职生大规模就业的"元年",他们无论是择业观还是价值观都有与"80后""90后"不同的新特点。本文从"95后"高职学生择业就业心理出发,以佛山职业技术学院学生为样本,通过调查法和访谈法,调查"95后"高职生择业观现状、存在的问题,提出中国梦视域下高校培育高职生择业价值观的对策和途径。
In 2016, it is the "first year" of "post-1995" high vocational students' mass employment, and they have different characteristics from "post-80 s" and "post-90 s". This article from the "after 95" of higher vocational students' employment psychological, to Foshan vocational and technical college students as samples, through questionnaire and interview method, investigation "after 95" view of higher vocational students present situation, existing problems, and puts forward the Chinese dream horizon, the countermeasure and the way of cultivating higher vocational students' values.
