职业院校如何做好以自主创业为导向的职业指导工作

职业院校以培养高素质的复合型人才为基础,保证学生能够在完成学业之后顺利地走向工作岗位,为社会的发展做出应有的贡献以及价值。但是随着社会竞争的不断加剧,学生的就业问题十分严峻,学校除了需要积极地引导学生进行有效的职业规划以及选择之外,还需要为学生提供更多自主创业的机会,加强对学生的职业指导以及帮助,党中央在十九大中也频频提起创新创业,并积极助推中国青年一代创新创业,因此本文立足于我国职业院校学生自主创业的实际情况,对学校的职业指导工作提出相应的对策。

Vocational colleges are based on the cultivation of high quality compound talents to ensure that students can go to work smoothly after completing their studies and make due contribution and value for the development of society. However, with the increasing competition in the society, the employment problem of students is very serious. In addition to actively guiding students to carry out effective career planning and choice, schools also need to provide more opportunities for students to start their own businesses. Strengthen the vocational guidance and help to the students, the CPC Central Committee also frequently bring up innovative entrepreneurship in the 19 middle school, and actively promote the Chinese young generation of innovative entrepreneurship. Therefore, this paper is based on the actual situation of students' independent entrepreneurship in vocational colleges and universities in our country. Put forward the corresponding countermeasure to the vocational guidance work of the school.
