Japanese British writer Ishihiro Ishikio published "Don't Let me go" in 2005. In the context of cloning techniques, the story of human beings breeding cloned human beings and donating organs for them is described. From the perspective of comparative research, this paper tries to analyze "Don't let me go" and Aldous Huxley's "the Beautiful New World". Then it reveals the value orientation and psychological remolding of human being under the totalitarianism of science and technology, and analyzes the alienation of personality. This paper holds that the practical significance of the dystopian novel lies in paying attention to the social reality and advocating the pursuit of spiritual value. The rational use of science and technology for the benefit of mankind.
