随着我国教育理念不断创新,在提升教育工作成效同时,教师期许迎合网络时代,做好角色定位,使教育工作成效得以提升。本文通过对高校思政辅导员,在网络时代的角色定位,与工作思路进行分析,以期为推动我国高校思政辅导工作有效落实,提供行之有效的理论参考依据。

With the continuous innovation of educational concept in our country, teachers expect to meet the needs of the network age, make a good role orientation, and promote the effectiveness of educational work in order to improve the effectiveness of educational work. This paper analyzes the role orientation of the network age and its working ideas in order to provide an effective theoretical basis for promoting the effective implementation of ideological and political guidance work in colleges and universities in China.
