终身教育背景下市级电大非学历继续教育发展策略研究

A Study on the Development Strategy of Non-academic Continuing Education in Municipal Radio and TV University under the Background of Lifelong Education

在终身教育背景下,发展非学历继续教育成为市级电大的必然选择和重要使命。市级电大发展非学历继续教育具有一定的优势和不足,并针对其不足在非学历继续教育的地位、发展方向、管理体制和运行机制、师资及管理队伍建设以及非学历继续教育与学历继续教育的沟通提出基本策略。

Under the background of lifelong education, the development of non-academic continuing education has become the inevitable choice and important mission of the municipal RTVU. It also puts forward some basic strategies for its deficiency in the status, development direction, management system and operation mechanism of non-academic continuing education, the construction of teachers and management team, and the communication between non-academic continuing education and academic qualifications continuing education.
