目前,英文绘本在我国幼儿教育中掀起了一股热潮。本文以受欢迎程度较高的英文绘本《Peppa Pig》为例,借助全语言教学理论,分析英文绘本的特色,明确英语绘本教学的意义,发挥英语绘本对幼儿启蒙英语的促进作用。

At present, English picture books have aroused an upsurge in early childhood education in China. This paper takes the popular English picture book < Peppa Pig > as an example, and analyses the characteristics of English picture book with the help of the whole language teaching theory. Make clear the meaning of English picture book teaching and give play to the promotion of English picture book to children's enlightening English.
